Currently, I offer two options for practicing Yoga with me: a private 1-2-1 opportunity to uncover the magic of this ancient technology in a safe and supportive environment and a group session held on the last Sunday of every month at my home in Glasgow.
Personalised one-to-one sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are.
One-to-ones are great for providing space to focus on specific areas and aspects of your whole self and implement change. These sessions are great for beginners who are curious about Yoga or those more experienced who wish to deepen their practice and knowledge - and everyone in between! I offer a free 15 minute consultation prior to our meeting to get a deeper sense of what type of practice would serve you best right now.
It may be that you wish to increase energy, stamina, confidence, creative flow. Perhaps help aid digestion, reduce stress, anxiety or become more heart centred. It might be that you wish to be stronger physically, more resilient, able to cope with the demands of modern life. Whatever it is Yoga will undoubtedly help you on your journey.
For pregnant mothers it may be that you wish to reduce any harbouring fear surrounding labour whilst learning an array of techniques to add to your pregnancy and birthing toolkit or simply get your body and mind into the best shape possible physically, emotionally and spiritually for birth.

Monthly group sessions
Join me on the last Sunday of every month at my home for a chance to practice and connect with other women. These sessions are 2 hours long - 60 to 90 minutes of Yoga followed by tea and community thereafter.
