Hollie meditating

Kundalini Yoga is often described as the yoga of awareness. It is a tool used to cultivate mental, physical, spiritual, and social consciousness.

Having spent the best part of the previous decade learning more about what worked and what didn’t for my mind, body, and spirit, when I experienced the somewhat radical practice of Kundalini Yoga for the first time in 2016, I was both intrigued and instantly hooked.

People often talk of feeling their energy shift in new ways; of becoming clearer, calmer, more connected.

For me, this shift was not only in how I felt energetically, but also in the sense of heightened awareness and truer sense of self I gained both on and off the mat.

“...after becoming introduced to the technology of Kundalini Yoga, every part of me has become awakened. I’m clearer, stronger, more conscious, and more creative than ever. I am in a place I always wanted to get to, but could never quite figure out the way before.”

The power of transformation

I first experienced Kundalini Yoga and Meditation during a women's circle, where I watched in awe and wonder as we came together as strangers and left as sisters. I have since witnessed time and time again the positive ripple effect that this Yoga; this gathering, has created in all of our lives.

Through it we have found more presence, acceptance, strength, courage, productivity, purpose, peace and developed a greater sense of simply BEing.

In truth, Kundalini Yoga has been the gateway to heightened awareness of my own unique potential and has provided a glimpse into the vitality that awaits us all when our relationship to our practice, to our self, is devotional.

About my Kundalini Yoga classes

My classes provide a wholehearted and accessible insight into the world of Kundalini Yoga.

From undertaking prescriptive kriyas (sets of movements) to working on cultivating stillness through meditation, revitalising with pranayama (breath work) and experiencing the uplifting joy and vibrational shifts created through mantra (sacred sound) - this practice really is something to savour.

Yoga is about returning home and it is my wish that you feel the same in our sessions together.
